At R&R Wellness, we believe beauty comes from within. We believe and have seen how a healthy body will radiate beauty on the outside. Chinese medicine has used health and beauty formulas for centuries to promote soft skin, luscious hair, strong nails and to prevent wrinkles and premature aging. These Chinese formulas work internally to create conditions of balance between organ systems so that needed nutrients and anti-aging properties are delivered to the skin body.

For most clients wishing to prevent or reduce signs of aging, we may recommend cellular cleansing programs first to detoxify the skin and eliminative organs (see Cleansing and Detoxification). This will be beneficial in reducing dark spots on the face and hands, reducing the deep creasing in the face and to bring more balanced color to the face.

Following cellular cleansing, we may recommend some acupuncture treatments and Chinese herb formulas to rebuild energy in the body and bring healing properties to the skin on the face and neck. In conjunction with or following the acupuncture treatments we will recommend an ELR facial rejuvenation series (see Facial Rejuvenation) to bring strength and relaxation to the muscles of the face and neck, and to promote the lasting formulation of collagen and elastin in the skin.

The R&R Wellness beautification process of cleansing, balancing and rebuilding will be most beneficial in cases of:
